Check out some of our Birth Mothers
I had my daughter Claire on August 16, 2009 at 2:05 PM. She was 8lbs 6oz and 19 1/4 inches long. It was a very easy delivery. Two days later, we placed her with the family that would raise her. Many people do not agree with Cody and I in our decision to place her for adoption, but we decided that we love her so much that we want what is best for her. A Mother and a Father who are in a stable relationship and will love our little princess as much as we do. It is not that we aren't capable of taking care of our little girl, or do not want to, so please don't be confused.

My adoption journey has been a strange one to say the least, so I thought I would write it all down. I had the most wonderful pregnancy ever being involved with such amazing adoptive parents from early on. Overall, I have a warm fuzzy feeling about adoption. Yes, my heart did break. Yes, I did cry and scream and grieve. I am human. But I would never have become the person I am today without the experience. I am an avid adoption supporter! I think it is a wonderful option for some, and certainly one of the greatest experiences of my life. Thanks to adoption, my children have a mother who appreciates and loves them even more than she ever thought she could. There are also two very wonderful, deserving people out there who are now very proud parents. I am so thankful for all of it...the good and the bad.
